Nestled within the charming district of Bodden Town on the south coast, this captivating 6-bedroom beach house spans two floors, accommodating up to 12 guests comfortably, making it an ideal retreat for large families, two families, or a group of friends. Pease Bay Manor, with its spacious and distinctive layout, offers an array of amenities for discerning guests. From a pristine 400-foot private sandy beach to a private gazebo nestled within a sprawling 3-acre gardens, guests can indulge in the tranquility of their surroundings. The sea, coral heads and nearby reef invites exploration of the warm, inviting waters, while snorkeling enthusiasts can revel in the spectacular reef just off the beach. 2 double kayaks and 2 single kayaks are available for guests use, and we ask guests to take good care of them and ensure they are securely placed up on the beach when not being used.

Situated approximately a 25-35 minute drive from the airport, George Town, and Seven Mile Beach, Bodden Town provides a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle, ensuring a serene getaway. Guests are encouraged to rent a car to explore the surrounding area, which boasts popular dining and cocktail spots such as the renowned Rum Point Club, Kaibo Yacht Club Beach Bar and Restaurant, and local favorites like Over The Edge, Tukka Restaurant, La Casita, and Vivien’s Kitchen. These destinations offer not only exquisite cuisine but also opportunities for watersport adventures and leisurely strolls along the legendary barefoot beaches.

Additionally, you can visit nearby attractions like the Botanical Gardens, Crystal Caves, and Mastic Trail, or try shark diving with Ocean Frontiers off East End for an adrenaline rush. If you need supplies, the Countryside Shopping Plaza is just a 15-minute drive away, offering groceries, liquor, coffee, and more.

Laundry facilities are provided for added convenience.

Pease Bay owners have kindly provided a selection of complimentary amenities for your enjoyment, including kayaks, paddleboards, snorkel equipment, and beach toys.

We kindly ask that all items are used responsibly and treated with care, as they are shared amenities intended for everyone’s enjoyment. So we ask that all equipment is returned clean and in the same condition it was found.
