The split-level floor plan features a gourmet kitchen, a gas fireplace, and phenomenal natural light. Located in the scenic South Harbour neighborhood, you'll appreciate being within walking distance of a Trent Jones-designed golf course.

LIVING AREA

Snuggle on plush furnishings in the living area and stream new releases on the smart TV. A wall of windows provides gorgeous views of the water, and the gas fireplace completes the relaxing ambience.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare locally inspired meals in the kitchen, newly updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A wet bar offers filtered water and the kitchen bar seats four to morning coffee.

When you're ready to eat, gather around the table for up to 12 in the dining area.

BED & BATH

This three-story home sleeps 10 guests in five bedrooms (each equipped with a TV).

The primary suite boasts a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom includes a queen bed. The third and fourth bedrooms are each furnished with a king bed, while the fifth bedroom holds a queen bed.

Two guest bathrooms have a walk-in shower, while the other has a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Unwind in the hot tub and admire views of the bay and the golf course. Barbecue tasty meals on the balcony's gas grill, then dine alfresco at the table for six on the deck.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
