Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A $300 USD fine will apply if any evidence of smoking is found.

Parties and loud noise are not allowed. Violating this rule will result in a $250 USD fine.

You are welcome to receive visitors. However, any person not included in the reservation who stays overnight will incur an immediate additional charge.

A special rate applies for photo shoots or filming. Please contact us in advance if you wish to carry out any of these activities. Doing so without prior authorization may result in a fine.

Important Notice to Guests

As mandated by building management and for everyone’s safety, all visitors must be authorized with their full name and ID number via this Airbnb chat, from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. Outside of these hours, visitor access will NOT be permitted.

Please remember that all visitors must leave the apartment before 10:00 p.m. If a visitor remains after this time, an automatic charge of $30.96 USD per person will apply.

Guests are fully responsible for the entry and behavior of their visitors. Visitors must be accompanied by the guest when exiting the building—otherwise, they will not be allowed to leave.
