Our apartment is located on the fifth floor (WITH NO ELEVATOR), as soon as you open the door you will find a very bright and spacious space, thinking about your comfort, we preserve the vintage style of the apartment but bring comfort and modern aesthetics into the details. The apartment has a king bed, two single sofa beds, a full bathroom, a television, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, two-seater stove, pots, plates, utensils, a coffee maker, a blender, and more!

The roof of the apartment has a skylight space that gives light to other areas of the building so it can not be covered, having that during the day and night the apartment has plenty of light.

Also there are some constructions nearby, they're paving the avenue and they usually only work during the day, so at night the noise shouldn't be a problem
