Boise Urban Farmhouse is a stunning and secluded modern farmhouse located in the heart of Boise Idaho only 6 miles from downtown!

Situated on a private 1-acre lot, this 4300 sqft, 5 bed, 5.5 bath home can easily host 18 guests with 2 kitchens, 4 living areas, and 4 covered patios!
The heated pool w/ auto cover is open mid-April to late October. Hot tub is open all year. In-ground trampoline, play structure, fire pit, garden, and chicken coop! Bring the whole family for an amazing experience!

Boise Urban Farmhouse is one large home comprised of two different sides that are connected by a large mud/laundry room and an upstairs bonus room.

The primary side features a stunning open concept great room with living/dining/kitchen and 14ft ceilings. The primary side also has three bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom and a family room with built in desk and shelving.

The secondary side features another great room that has its own kitchen/dining/living area and another large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This secondary great room also has its own separate exterior entrance.

Finally, the huge upstairs bonus room features a large bedroom, a full bathroom, and one additional living area that includes a sleeper sofa and a bunk bed.

As a guest a Boise Urban Farmhouse you have access to the ENTIRE home. You get both great rooms with dining/kitchen/living in each one, all 5 bedrooms, all 5.5 bathrooms, all 4 living rooms with TV’s in each one, and the entire 1 acre yard with a heated pool (open mid-April through late October), hot tub (open all year) in-ground trampoline, in-ground basketball hoop, play structure, fire-pit, and garden.

The only space that is not available for guests to use is the garage.

You get to use the whole place and we'll give you a code for the keypad prior to your stay! The home has a secondary exterior entrance with a keypad that accesses the secondary kitchen/great room. The keypads on the primary and secondary entrances will both have the same code.

The pool has an automatic cover. The switch for the pool cover is in a locked panel. You'll need to read and sign a pool agreement/waiver in order to get access to the code for the key box. The key box will give you access to the key that unlocks the pool cover switch panel so you can operate the cover switch to open and enjoy the pool.

The pool and hot tub are professionally cleaned and serviced every week on Monday by Viking Pool and Patio. Please let us know if either needs any attention prior to the weekly maintenance.

The landscape and lawn are professionally maintained and mowed every week on Wednesday afternoons.

The pool is open from Mid-April through late October. The hot tub is open all year.
