1500 square feet of comfortable living space, perfect for mid-term stays.

Downstairs: Enjoy a fully functional kitchen which includes oven, stove, microwave, cooking utensils, basic cooking supplies, and a kitchen table with seating for 6 people.
Enjoy watching all of your favorite tv shows, movies or sports on the sectional, or play an assortment of games provided. There is one bedroom downstairs with a desk for any business needs. A two car garage is available for use but needs to be opened from inside of the garage. Please note that there is no bathroom downstairs.

Upstairs: 3 spacious, comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a walk in closet and a ★locally made bathroom countertop★

The house provides coffee, a refrigerator and freezer, baking and cooking items, board games and cards, towels, clean sheets and comforters, washer and dryer to keep up with cleaning needs, blow dryer, and much much more!

It would be best to get around by vehicle, but the essentials are within walking distance.

We only have one TV, in hopes that our home will bring your group closer and encourage games, adventures, and conversations. There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.

Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.

A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.
