The Bella Vita in Bolton Landing

This brand-new home has all you need and more while visiting the beautiful Adirondacks. This home can sleep up to 12 people. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, ½ bath, and dining space. Also, on the main floor is a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa bed and a sliding glass door, giving you access to the balcony overlooking the lake.

On the third level, you will find three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed with access to a balcony with lake views. Attached to the master bedroom is a beautiful ensuite bathroom. Also, on the third floor is a full bath and the two remaining bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a twin and a twin over queen bunk bed.

This home also includes a separate private lake-level suite that features its own living space with a love seat, a full bath, and a queen bed with sliding glass doors giving you access to your own patio with lake views. This suite does not have direct access to the main home.

Enjoy a family BBQ while looking at the amazing view of the lake or dinner at the conveniently located Algonquin Restaurant. Cozy up and enjoy some smores around the fire pit. Just minutes south you can explore what downtown Bolton Landing and Lake George have to offer. Dock space is available if you rent a boat from Chic’s Marina. Please Contact Chic’s Marina to check availability. The washer and dryer are located in the garage.

Once your booking is confirmed you will be required to sign a rental agreement. This will need to be completed to get your check-in instructions. On the day of arrival, the check-in instructions will be sent via email at check-in which is 4 pm. ***
