The Space:

This bright and open home features two living areas (main level and lower level), both with comfortable seating and Smart TVs. A wood-burning fireplace adds cozy ambiance on cool Vermont nights.

Sleeping Arrangements

Main floor: 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom
Lower level: Half bathroom and large game/family room

All bedrooms include wall A/C units or mini-splits for summer comfort.

Kitchen and Cooking:
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, knives, baking tools, mixing bowls, cutting boards, serving dishes, and more. A bar cabinet is stocked with cocktail tools.

Outdoor cooking options include a large open-flame campfire grill on the paver patio and a propane grill on the main deck.

Please note: Spices, oils, and condiments are not provided for food safety reasons.

Game Room and Family Fun:

The lower level is designed for entertainment and relaxation with a 6-person game table, foosball table, Golden Tee arcade game, large sectional sofa, board games and cards, and a wood stove for cozy nights.

Lake Access and Swimming

Enjoy your own cleared 50' x 50' swim area — over 2,500 sq. ft. of weed-free water ideal for swimming, paddling, and lakeside fun.

You may notice some natural lake vegetation beyond the cleared area. This is common for Lake Bomoseen. We participate in a state-permitted weed harvesting program each early summer to maintain clarity. Floating weeds may occasionally drift to shore; a skimmer net is available for optional cleanup.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the home, decks, dock, and yard. Some closets and the shed are locked for owner storage. A digital e-lock with a unique code is provided before arrival. Parking is available in the private driveway with ample space for multiple cars.

Important Notes

Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, strictly enforced due to the well and septic system.
No pets allowed.
Primary renter must be 25 years or older.
The home uses a well water system, so please be mindful of usage.
Personal boats are welcome and a dock is available. Pontoon boats can pass under the bridge with canopies down; wake boats cannot.

Firewood is available for purchase:
Summer: $50 per week
Fall: $10 per day
Winter: $15 per day
