The Management company for the property was untimely in responses and proactively addressing problems. We had some issues that were very frustrating. The Friday we drove up there was a predicted snow storm of 9-11 inches. The property has a driveway sloping downward away from the road. There was am empty bucket of ice melt, (totally useless), they did not arrange for plowing and it took over 3 hours to respond to our call to their emergency number. It affected negatively our ski weekend. The house was not properly cleaned, fireplace full of ashes from prior use, and cheerios were under the master bedroom bed, TV not working properly in Master bedroom.I formally wrote to the management company and their response was " I’m genuinely sorry that your family didn’t get the enjoyment and value you were hoping for. Your comments have helped us make improvements for future guests...I apologize for the frustration this caused during your stay. While I’m unable to offer a credit, please know that your feedback is valued and has been instrumental in helping us enhance the guest experience for the future."MY SUGGESTION IS NOT TO RENT A PROPERTY MANAGED BY REYNOLDS MANAGEMENT (STRATTON MOUNTAIN).
