Once through the entry hall you walk into the kitchen, dining, and living space that is just out of this world. With light and ceiling height for days the views will not disappoint; both inside and out!
Head outside to the back deck and enjoy dinner and a drink while watching the wildlife come to life around you! Propane BBQ grill is on the deck for your use as well.

Master bedroom with a King Bed on the main floor with a huge master bathroom that even has a TV in the TUB!!! On the main floor you also have the office/den and a half bathroom.
Upstairs you`ll have 3 additional bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 with a king bed and a shared bathroom with bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 boasts both a queen and a twin bed.
On the lower level you have a massive 2nd living area, with a huge TV and fireplace, a foosball table, and the bonus sleeping space. In this bonus sleeping space you have a full size bed and 2 twin beds.
On this lower level you`ll also have the exit to the hot tub! Relax after a long day of exploration and let all your worries fade away.

Due to allergies within the owners family, PLEASE disclose any/all dogs; we will try to be as accommodating as possible.

WINTER SHUTTLE:
There`s a wonderful shuttle that runs on weekends and holidays. It runs a loop, continuously, from 8am - 4:30pm. It typically does pick ups from 8am - 12pm and drop offs from 1pm - 5pm. There`s also a number you can call to schedule a pickup time.

DUE TO EXTREME ALLERGIES OF ONE OF THE OWNER`S CHILDREN, PLEASE DISCLOSE ANY/ALL PETS! There are very few breeds we can allow in this home but we have over 20 properties we can get you set up at and we LOVE being totally pet friendly whenever possible.
We know this is tricky when it comes to true service animals but we would appreciate your honesty about this to protect the wellbeing of the family who is kind enough to share their wonderful home with you!
WILDLIFE:
This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including, but not limited to, deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.
WEATHER:
In the winter, there can be rain, snow, ice, and other inclement conditions. Please reach out with any questions.
POWER & INTERNET:
This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.
TRANSPORTATION:
SPRING: All or 4 wheel drive recommended for `mud season`.
SUMMER/FALL: Any car/motorcycle should be fine but keep in mind we have constantly changing terrain; dirt roads, paved, gravel, a mix of all 3, etc.
WINTER: All or 4 wheel drive STRONGLY recommended. Some areas receive better plowing than others and there are some hills that, just front wheel drive, cars won`t make it up.
No matter the season, PLEASE, always drive with caution!
TOW TRUCKS: Are not quick to get to you, especially in the winter but there will be info in your welcome book should you need one.
POSSIBLE RIDES:
While we don`t have taxis, Ubers, etc. there ARE some local drivers who might be able to help. If you`re hoping to book some rides you can try `Mountain Drivers`. Sam is the owner and their number is 802-772-5223. Last I heard, he has 10 drivers. Please let him know Kelton Collective sent you his way.

If bringing an EV, we DO allow charging from the house.
The charge $10/day for charging.
Note: There is no 220 outlet.
TRASH:
No LOOSE trash in any outside trash cans. Animals will make a mess & trash collectors will NOT pick up your trash.

$500 CREDIT CARD HOLD - This will be applied 1 day before check-in and will serve as your security deposit. Funds will be refunded within 48 hours after checkout baring any damages.
