While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful and accessible right across the street from this condo. The sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. Ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach and Fort Myers Beach - local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!



Some restoration work is ongoing in the buildings, grounds, sidewalks and atriums, so occasional daytime construction noise is possible. The tennis courts are currently closed, but two temporary pickleball courts are available.

This cozy studio condo provides a great home base for your beach vacation; up to 4 guests can enjoy all the benefits of this fantastic location, and the comforts provided by the owner for a memorable beach getaway!



In this beautifully remodeled studio condo you will enjoy:



500+ square feet of studio space, including an open concept living, dining, kitchen and sleeping area. A full bathroom, walk-in closet and fully screened 5th floor balcony complete the unit.



Living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, club chair, smart TV with community provided cable package and sliding glass doors with Plantation shutters opening to the screened balcony. The balcony has 2 lounge chairs with ottomans to relax and enjoy a side view of the Gulf and a view of the Barefoot Beach community.



A sleeping space with king bed, dresser, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, night stands & lamps.



Beautiful bathroom with extended vanity and walk-in shower.



Remodeled full kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dinnerware, glasses and cutlery provided. A table and chairs for 4 completes the kitchen space.



Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo.



All bed linens, bath and pool/beach towels are included.



Beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler are included.



Keyless entry for check-in and no keys to keep track of during your stay.



Common area pay-per use laundry facilities are located in building 1,3 & 5. This unit is in building 5.



Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can easily walk to the beach. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.



The condo complex is close distance to 3 award winning state preserve beaches including Barefoot Beach, Wiggins Pass and Lover's Key. Naples, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva Island, and all of the neighboring communities offer dining, shopping, water sports, wildlife, cultural, and sporting events for your southwest Florida vacation. This condo is the perfect getaway, yet close to all the pleasures Southwest Florida has to offer.



This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.



No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.



No pets allowed.



Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.
