Great Stay, Close to What We Needed

We chose this property because of its proximity to our destination, the three bedrooms, and the heated pool, all at a reasonable price. The home itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a nice bonus, perfect for the kids or just getting sun. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made the stay more enjoyable.

Family Stay

This is a great house for a family stay. We spent a few weeks visiting family in the Bonita Springs and Naples area and this was an easy and comfortable home base. Sigrun is super responsive and easy to work with. The house was immaculate and very well stocked. It was too chilly to use the pool about half the time but when we did it was heavenly! We will be back!

Peaceful and Quiet

We spent 2 1/2 weeks here while my daughter was receiving medical treatment. It was calm, peaceful, and extremely quiet, which is what we were needed something. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils, and we were very happy with the experience. The owner was extremely responsive when we had a sudden issue with the microwave and everything was taken care of quickly. Thanks for making a stressful visit less challenging.

We truly loved this villa and the area. Quiet neighborhood, great amenities, beautiful beaches, nice outdoor pool area and garden. Lovers Key was amazing and we liked that all we wanted to do was close to go. Sigrun, the owner, responded promptly and was very helpful and friendly. Paradise in Florida - perfect home for relaxing

Great house with everything you need for vacation. We found out that Bonita Springs is a much better location for Gulf Coast fun than Naples. We enjoyed the lovely beaches. We have stayed in several rental houses during the last ten years. This was by far the best rental ever. The owners of the house had prepared it considering every detail. The house is nicely decorated and the layout is very practical. We loved the salt water pool. The rental price was very reasonable for what was offered. We would definitely return. Great experience - very well kept property, LIKE!

Four of us spend a great week. our stay was fantastic, the home is gorgeous. The house offered everything we possibly could have ask for. Fully stocked kitchen, beach equipment, and nicely decorated. We felt like at home. Bonita Beach Villa is close to everything, amazing beaches, shopping malls, golf courses, kayak rental and there is even an animal garden just minutes to go. Sigrun the owner was very helpful and answered every question we had quickly. She gave us also good recommendations for golfing and shopping. The pool area is lovely, we enjoyed sunsets and used the BBQ grill quiet often. We can highly recommend this property! You will not be sorry you've booked.

Amazing property, close to beautiful beaches...

My husband and I have been traveling and staying in Bonita and Naples for over 30 years! This November we stayed at Bonita Beach Villa a new built property, we were feeling like at home from the first moment.The house was perfect for our vacation, we enjoyed Barefoot Beach and Lovers Key in the morning and later went shopping at Coconut Mall and Miromar outlet. We went also golfing at Spanish Wells and Raptor Bay. All activities were so close to go. Thank you for making our vacation great! Looking forward to return to paradise:)

Absolutely wonderful!

We spent a fantastic time at Bonita Beach Villa. The property was perfect, we were not missing anything. The villa was well equipped for our 8 months old daughter. We found a Baby bed, high chair and also stroller and pool toys. We enjoyed our stay so much. There was plenty of room for us. The beds are very comfortable. We liked that there were no carpets and the floor was so clean. great for our daughter who started crawling around. Thanks and see you next year!

Beautiful Pool House With Perfect Location

3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 6 Sleeps This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home can accommodate 6 people and is the perfect spot for a wonderful and relaxing vacation. A cozy vacation rental. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, glasses, plates, wine openers, barbecue grill,ETC...All the comforts of your own home!!! It has an open layout and a peaceful atmosphere. Step out to the heated pool for a refreshing swim and enjoy outdoor dining.The patio is the perfect haven to sip a glass of wine or to enjoy a morning coffee and a good book. Old Bonita Springs is a charming neighborhood close to beaches and several nice amenities, such as golfing, Kayak on the river etc. The central location enables you to reach within a 5-minute drive a large variety of restaurants, shops and movie theaters. At the same time, there are many beautiful beaches from which to watch the sunset and to enjoy the warm waters of the Gulf Coast.The closest beach is Bonita Beach at the western end of Bonita Beach Road. Naples is close to go, offering other activities including the Naples Zoo, Naples Philharmonic Center, Botanical Garden,Golf, Tennis, boating, and parks for walking. This is a vacation house I'm sure you would love and appreciate. Enjoy soaking up the sun by the pool in one of the comfy chaise lounges, or grill out and have a meal at the cozy covered outdoor dining table. This is Florida living!

Great Villa - It made our stay feel like home...

We spent several weeks in Bonita Beach Villa. The location of the villa was near to many beaches including Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach, Delnor Wiggins Beach and Lovers Key. The villa was about 20 minutes from Southwest Florida Airport along the I 75 or the Tamiami Trail (US 41). The villa was clean & well maintained. Everything was provided from bedding, towels, well stocked kitchen, BBQ, beach towels, beach chairs, cool box, beach umbrellas, hair dryers. In fact everything you need for your vacation has been thoughtfully provided by the owners. We also loved the heated pool & relaxing on the lanai. Sigrun and her Homewatch team are a great hosts. They provided lots of information on local activities/ amenities. They are also on hand should you require any assistance. There are a number of local restaurants nearby, we particularly liked the Fish House restaurant on Bonita Beach Road which also had a great happy hour from 3 to 6pm. We also enjoyed the Trolley bus tour around Naples which you can book at a discount through Groupon. We liked also the Everglades Wonder Garden at Downtown Bonita. We had a wonderful holiday here & would definitely stay there again in the future. We would highly recommend this villa!

Traumhafter Urlaub - sehr zu empfehlen, TOP!

Die modern eingerichtete, freistehende Ferienvilla liegt zwischen Naples und Fort Myers in einer kleinen Privatstraße, sehr ruhig auf einem großen, Grundstück. . Der feinsandige, weiße, Bonita Beach ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Dort kann man im kristallklaren Meerwasser schwimmen, lange Strandspaziergänge machen, Delfine, Pelikane und Reiher beobachten und die angenehme Ruhe genießen. Für Kinder ist der Strand ein kleines Paradies, da das Wasser flach abfällt und der Sandstrand zum Spielen einlädt. Die Wassertemperatur beträgt ganzjährig zwischen 22 und 28°C. Abends kann man herrliche Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Auch das Naturparadies Lovers Key ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Die Region zwischen Naples und Fort Myers ist ein ideales Ganzjahres-Golf-Revier - in unmittelbarer Nähe sind mehr als 25 top-gepflegte Golfplätze zu finden. Im Haus sind 2 Golfballs verfügbar, so brauchten wir unsere Schläger nicht mit dem Flugzeug mitnehmen. Wire lieben auch das Shopping in der Miromar Outlet Mall und der Coconut Point Mall in Estero sowie den Waterside Shops in Naples. Alles in Kürze zu erreichen, Unsere Gastgeber haben uns individuelle Reisetipps zur verfügung gestellt, mit vielen Tipps für Outlet-Shopping, sportliche Aktivitäten und Ausflüge z.B. in die Everglades oder nach Miami.

Tolles Ferienhaus, alle Wünsche erfüllt!

Wir haben zum ersten Mal im Urlaub ein Ferienhaus gemietet, statt im Hotel Urlaub zu machen. Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit. Das Haus war perfekt ausgestattet und super sauber. Es bietet viel Raum und die Lage war perfekt. Sonnenschein in der Pool Area, Absolut ruhig, so macht Florida Spass. Wir haben den Florida Charme von Old Bonita genossen und hatten nach einer Woche das Gefühl dazuzugehören. Die Hausbesitzer haben uns tolle Tipps gegeben, was man hier alles unternehmen kann. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub 2019...DANKE!!!

What a wonderful place to spend vacation - THANKS

We enjoyed our stay at Bonita Beach Villa. The kitchen was well stocked and had anything we could need to cook and eat meals at home. We liked also using the BBQ Grill. The beds were very comfortable, you can tell the mattresses were brand new. We enjoyed the big TV in the living room. My grandkids liked their guest rooms. The home is bright and quiet,. In walking distance was Everglades Wonder Garden Animal Parc and Heaven Shakes ice cream shop. Many restaurants and stores were within a 2 minute drive of the house. Every Wednesday there is a farmers market near by. The staff was very helpful. We were able to get in 3 hours early for free. The home was very clean. You can tell they are professionals and not just some random people renting a house. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back next year.

Beautiful vacation home, close to beaches, so nice

We just loved this beautiful vacation villa - private pool - very comfortable, relaxing vacation, we can't wait to come back! This is a brand new 3 bedroom home with private pool and lanai that is beautifully decorated. Enjoy a king master bedroom, one king guest bedroom and one queen guest room. We enjoyed the large open living, dining, eat in breakfast area and kitchen. The kitchen includes brand new stainless steel appliances, top of the line small appliances, and cooking gear. We liked the coastal contemporary style. The outdoor lanai and pool area is completely covered with screen in mesh. The heatable pool also includes a child safety gate that is fully removable if not needed. You will also enjoy lounge chairs by the pool, an outdoor dining table to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. The XXL gas grill is also included for the BBQ enthusiasts.Lots of space offers the two car garage with garage door openers and plenty of room for storage. Only 8 minutes to Bonita Beach and close to Lovers Key and Barefoot Beach. Located conveniently between Naples, Ft. Myers and Sanibel Island. Spanish Wells golf course, open to the public is only 3 min away, other 20 golf courses in the area. 2 golf sets were offered to be used by guests. We regcognized that Bonita Beach Villa is booked frequently by people coming every year, so if you find free dates do not hesitate to book your stay We did save already our next dates....

A cut above most vacation homes, this place is new, comfortable and excellent for entertaining. Great location in a quiet neighborhood yet close to Coconut Point, Barefoot Beach and even Naples to the south. Good outside area, well equipped kitchen, lovely and spacious. Comfortable beds and great bathrooms. We recently spent one week at Bonita Beach Villa and fell in love with this home. Located on a quiet cul de sac, it's private backyard pool was heavenly. Good location to access the nearby beaches and for shopping. Would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in this area. The house itself was just as described, in a peaceful street close to downtown Bonita Springs, incredible ececream shop Heaven Shakes, Engels bike rental, farners markets, grocery stores, golf courses, malls and of course, our beloved Barefoot Beach. It was also perfect for day trips to the Everglades or nearby Naples. The home was very clean and the owners were a big help. Good location to access the nearby beaches and for shopping. We can not wait to return to this relaxing home-away-from-home in the future.
