While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes, and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful and accessible right across the street from this condo complex. The sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made every day. Although ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach and Fort Myers Beach - local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!



Some restoration work is ongoing in the buildings, grounds, sidewalks and atriums, so occasional daytime construction noise is possible. The tennis courts are currently closed, but two temporary pickleball courts are available.

The bedroom area is open to the living space and enjoys a view of the TV from the king size bed; resort quality bed and bath linens are included, and a large custom built-in closet is available for your belongings.

The bathroom also newly remodeled with extended counter and features a large walk in shower

The kitchen comes equipped with a full size stove, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, dishes, glasses, silverware, and the basic small appliances and tools needed to prepare quick meals during your stay



The full glass sliding doors in the living area open to the screen enclosed lanai where you can enjoy a view of the Barefoot Beach community and a partial view of the Gulf and the wester skies over the water.



Free WiFi is available throughout the condo.

All bed linens, bath and pool/beach towels are included.

Beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler are included.

Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can easily walk to the beach. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.



Beach and Tennis Club offers pickle ball, 2 heated pools, free parking, multiple restaurants close by, 2 elevators servicing each building, community coin-operated laundry facility in buildings 1, 3, and 5, and is close to the sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including Docs restaurant, wave runners, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc.



The condo complex is close distance to 3 award winning state preserve beaches including Barefoot Beach, Wiggins Pass and Lover's Key. Naples, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva Island, and all of the neighboring communities offer dining, shopping, water sports, wildlife, cultural, and sporting events for your southwest Florida vacation. This condo is the perfect getaway, yet close to all the pleasures Southwest Florida has to offer.



This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.



No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.



No pets allowed.
