New pool, spa & kitchen 3 bedroom near beach

Ocean Pearl Bonita is a clean, stylish 3 bed, 2 bath home in Bonita Springs. It is just over 2 miles from the beach, with several beach options such as Bonita, Barefoot, and Vanderbilt Beach. The area has numerous restaurants & necessities close by. All of Naples hot spots are less than 15 miles away. The home has a new kitchen, pool, splash pad and hot tub (completed June 2022) in the screened lanai. It is set up to enjoy vacation, yet still have all of the comforts home.

The space
This lovely single level home is newly remodeled with a brand new kitchen including stainless steel appliances, stone counter tops and brand new kitchen accessories. A coffee bar is set up with a Cuisinart drip brew and Kuerig coffee machine, milk frother and tea kettle as well. All outdoor eating needs are accounted for with plates, cups and wine glasses meant to be used at the pool.

Primary Bedroom has a king PranaSleep mattress with organic cotton sheets along with numerous different pillow types to fit any preference. A TV with cable is also in the bedroom. This bedroom has a large closet along with a private bathroom which includes a shower, separate toilet room and large linen closet.

Second Bedroom has a king PranaSleep mattress with organic cotton sheets along with numerous different pillow types to fit any preference. It includes a dresser and mirror and is near to the guest bathroom. This bedroom also features a closet.

Third Bedroom has two single beds with organic cotton sheets along with comfortable pillow types. This bedroom also has room to have a pack n play set up which can be requested ahead of time. This bedroom also features a closet.

Guest Bathroom includes a two sinks with an oversized countertop, a toilet and a bathtub/shower combo. It has plenty of space for people to get ready together.

Family Room includes a new MARIO CAPASA Feather Sectional, a chair, 55" TV with Bose Sound bar and cable tv. Numerous games and cards are also included.

Dining Room can seat up to 8 guests.

Living room includes a queen sleeper sofa along with a dedicated desk work space allowing for work from home while on vacation!

The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, a crockpot, and nearly anything else you may need. A grill also located at the home.

The saltwater pool is brand new and includes a sun pad (shallow water) area, a heated pool which is 3 - 5 feet deep and a heated spa. The entire pool area is covered by a screened in lanai. There is a covered lanai and TV to enjoy even if it is raining with comfortable seating. The pool does include a child gate to allow for the pool to be blocked from the covered lanai. Pool towels for 8 are included.

Front load washer and dryer are available for use as well at the home.

Beach supplies include chairs, umbrella, beach blanket, wagon and cooler in the garage. Beach towels are included for 8.

4 Beach Cruisers are also available in the garage.

Toiletries to get started are included in each bathroom.

Household items included: Garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, dish soap, laundry soap and bathroom soap all included for your entire stay!
