The Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers is only a 30-minute drive. Once you arrive to the Private Palm Oasis in the Bonita Shore neighborhood, you can spend your days at your own private pool/spa oasis, go to one of the many prestine powder white sand beaches, go to local restaurants in the area or close by in Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers area, with almost everything being within 5 minutes to no more than 30 minutes away.

A truly private backyard oasis that is surrounded by palms, flowering trees and lush green vegitation. Enjoy the salt water heated pool that is a comfortable 88 degrees with built in bench seating the full width of the deep end of the pool. Relax in the spa that is heated to 102 degree with jets and water that overflows into the pool.

The screen caged pool area includes 4 lounge chairs, outdoor dining table for 6, sectional seating with table and ottoman/chairs for 6. The 55" Smart TV is viewable from the entire pool area. Relax in the hammock and hammock chair. Grill meals with the Weber stainless steel propane gas grill. Stay warm on cooler nights with the propane gas fire table. Rinse off with a convenient outdoor shower.

There is a large private fenced in area on the west side of the home that is perfect for pets and playing yard games. Cornhole game included. LED flood lights to illuminate as needed at night.

High-speed Wi-Fi Internet throughout house with up to 1Gbps speed from Xfinity/Comcast. 70" smart TV indoors & 55" smart TV outdoors with Xfinity cable.

Kitchen/Living Area:
The house features an open floor plan with 3 large sliding glass doors that fully retract to allow flowing indoor/outdoor living. A large granite countertop kitchen island that seats 8 people along with a counter height dining table that seats 6 people. The kitchen if fully stocked with stainless steel appliances including a wine cooler, blender, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker and toaster. An iPad is available for use.

Living Room Area:
The living room features a leather sectional sofa with 3 power recliners and electrical outlets and/or USB charges for every seating position. The 75" Smart TV is viewable from the entire living area and includes a JBL Bar 1300 X sound bar sound bar with subwoofer & detachable rear/remote speakers for enjoying movies and music. The living area also includes a futon with armrest/drink holders and a marble table that comfortably accomodates a laptop.
