Please note that Beach & Tennis is undergoing scheduled construction from December 15, 2025 through April 2026. This work includes roof improvements and atrium renovations:
Roof Work: Guests on higher floors could experience early-morning noise during weekdays.
Atrium Work: Crews will be working in the central courtyards on drainage and paver installation. Noise is possible, but building access will not be affected.
Parking: Some areas may be temporarily blocked due to roof construction.

Welcome to your beautifully updated retreat at Bonita Beach & Tennis Club. This fourth-floor condo in Building 2 faces east and offers peaceful views of the back bay along with soft morning light. The screened balcony is a relaxing place to enjoy sunrise colors and the calm coastal atmosphere. Bonita Beach is just a five-minute walk from the building, with easy access to local cafés, waterfront restaurants, and nearby shops.
Inside, the condo has been nicely remodeled and offers a clean, modern, and comfortable setting for your stay. The space features a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a TV with cable and streaming options. Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided to make your arrival smooth and convenient.
A starter set of essentials is included when you check in. Guests will find small amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. For safety and hygiene reasons, consumable items are not replenished during the stay, and we do not provide food items, spices, oils, coffee, or other perishable products. Guests may purchase any additional supplies they need.
The community currently offers two heated pools and pickleball courts for guest use. Other amenities at the property remain under construction. Parking is free and open, and check-in is simple with a personal door code provided before arrival.
With its remodeled interior, peaceful sunrise views, and close proximity to the beach, this condo offers a comfortable and convenient home base for your Southwest Florida getaway.

This unit is on the 4th floor of building 2 which is the second tower closest to the water.
This unit is self check in. You will be given a door code for entry in your email or inbox.

Beach access is right across the street.
Parking is FREE with a pass from the office.
This unit has a King bed and a sleeper sofa.
No Smoking allowed at any time.
Not included: beach umbrellas, refill paper products and any consumable items.
