Quality fit out, timber floors throughout, elegant decor and styling, cosy vibe, comfy beds, renovated bathroom, a chefs delight with all kitchen appliances you need to cook up a gourmet meal, no dishwasher yet. Weber BBQ. It is all about the outdoor lifestyle, relaxation and tranquility here.
WIFI will be installed by August 2020. Pet friendly on request for small non-shedding dogs and outdoor dogs only.

3-day break

A very enjoyable and comfortable stay for three nights. It’s a lovely outlook, very quiet and the outside area is great. The surrounding areas are very picturesque and all in all provided us with the peace and tranquility we were seeking. The grass hadn’t been mown in the back yard and was too long to allow our small dog out there. (This could well have been due to the wet weather we have been experiencing lately). A suggestion: There is a gap of about 50cm from the ground to the house in the back yard. It would be great if lattice fencing similar to the front of the house could be installed. Also a gate at the top of the entry stairs would be a good addition, especially to keep young children (and dogs!) safe.

Exayellent Place to Stay

We had a long drive and what a pleasure it was to arrive at Bonny Hills. The house was lovely, well equipped. We quickly made ourselves at home on the fabulous verandah overlooking the ocean. Beds were comfortable, house was very very tidy.

Cute beachhouse

We had a great weekend here. The house fitted 4 adults and 2 young kids well and the front verandah is the perfect space to sit and relax or have a meal. The location across from the beach was really nice and the neighbourhood is quiet but it is a close drive to cafes and restaurants.

It was lovely staying at The Little Beach Bungalow and catching up with family who drove from all different directions to meet for a belated Birthday, early Christmas. The location is superb with lots of little magical spots within walking distance, and loads of space for your four legged friend to run around and explore - as the park and beach were just across the road. We spent most our time on the deck and felt we had all amenities we needed, and more! A tiny downside is that the neighbours are extremely close, and one particular neighbour spent most their weekend standing right on the balcony, whenever we came outside, but we just ignored them. We also had a supreme accident when my puppy got under my sister's legs as she was carrying three glasses outside, and of course they all smashed and we felt terrible. The team were so great about this when I text to explain, and we also left some champagne glasses we had on us behind to compensate. All in all, a wonderful time all round and we will be back to LBB in the coming year.

Love staying here at this property when in Bonny Hills. Very tidy property with everything you need. Property is pet friendly & i feel there just is not enough of this type of accommodation.

This is a lovely property to stay in. A small house but big deck to hang out in. Plenty of plates etc with all the things you need. The house is across the road from a park with views to the sea. There is access to the local beach. The disadvantages are the bathroom, which has the only toilet in it and seems unusually designed with a very high sink. No AC could be an issue during heat waves, there are fans in all rooms. Not sure about heating when cold. Overall, the big deck with ocean views and location are the draw cards in a quiet street opposite a park.

Comfy property in beautiful location. Large park across the road then the beach! Equipped with everything need, comfy bedding, great shower, functional modern kitchen, secure yard for our dogs. Lastly but probably the highlight was the large deck with lounge and dining options, most time was spent here.

Dog lovers, highly recommend

We loved our stay! Beach is literally across the road. The beaches were beautiful and our three kids and puppy had a fantastic time. All the locals seemed very dog friendly. The house was small, but perfectly adequate for our family with Wi-Fi and smart TV to keep the kids busy during downtimes. Beds were comfortable. The rotating pantry is a great idea. Lovely eating area out the front of the house. A dryer and a dishwasher would be my only recommendations to make this property perfect as the clothesline is quite small and in the shade for most of the day.

This property was clean, neat and tidy. We enjoyed the proximity to Bartlett's Beach and 20min drives to Port Macquarie, the wineries and Laurieton. Better suited to Spring and Autumn as fans but no air conditioning. Great for families!

Perfect getaway

The house was very clean and had everything you’d want for a holiday. The price was excellent for a weekend stay. It’s location is fabulous right across from a park and the beach. Check in and out was very quick and easy. Will definitely be coming back.
