The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and a breakfast nook for morning coffee. A dedicated coffee bar makes it easy to start your day. The dining area offers space for everyone to enjoy meals together.

We highly recommend 4WD year-round due to our winding gravel mountain roads. From November through April, 4WD is required. Please plan accordingly—guests are responsible for any towing expenses if vehicles become stuck in mud or snow.

As this is the mountains and we often experience storms and high winds, we sometimes experience outages of various kinds. They are almost always turned back on quickly and we won`t be able to give refunds for outages except for on a case by case basis. *If you know you need internet, please consider bringing your own hotspot to avoid missing important meetings

• If any important items are left behind after your stay, we are happy to mail them back to you! There is a fee of $30 + shipping to cover the cost of the extra time it takes to mail items back
