Meals and snacks are a breeze to prepare in the kitchen, featuring a butcherblock island with 2 stools and a picnic-style table.

Take a dip in the hot tub on the open air deck and afterwards, enjoy a fire at the gas firetable or a glass of wine at the live-edge railing bar while you enjoy the sounds of the forest around you. There's also a small creek bordering the property!

Time for bed? Upstairs you'll find a King suite with vaulted ceilings, SmartTV, additional twin bed, and a private ensuite bath with tub/shower. There's also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

With all that this beautiful cabin has to offer you may not ever want to leave! You'll be under 20 minutes to Boone and Blowing Rock, West Jefferson, Banner Elk, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, skiing, shopping, and dining are all just a short drive away as well.

Additional Notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- This home is pet friendly! Max 2 dogs please. Pet rent is $25+tax per pet per night.
- Check-in is after 4pm and Check-out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- This home has a gravel driveway with graveled capacity for 2 vehicles and the road to it includes a switchback turn. 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March and Chains may also be necessary during inclement weather. Low-slung or very large vehicles are not recommended to access this home any time of year.
- The homeowner of Casa Haven uses outdoor security cameras to monitor the driveway and entry areas. No cameras are aimed at the hot tub area and none are inside. Both are on the front porch. One is pointed toward the door and the other is pointed toward the driveway.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
