This thoughtfully appointed, ground-level condo is nestled in the premier Blue Ridge Mountain Club, just a short drive from Boone, NC. Perfect for a peaceful getaway or an adventurous basecamp, this unit combines comfort, convenience, and charm.

Step inside to find a fully stocked kitchen, ideal for cooking meals after a day on the trails. The kitchen leads right into the welcoming living/dining/sleeping space, featuring a plush king-sized bed, a cozy dining nook, and comfortable seating to relax and unwind in front of the mounted smart TV. If you're traveling with more than 2, the sofa can pull out for an additional bed.

**Please note that the advertised maximum occupancy is based on community regulations requiring a maximum advertising of two adults per bedroom. Homes with bunk rooms, lofts, or additional sleeping areas may be able to accommodate slightly larger family groups with children under the care of accompanying adults. Cozy Mountain Retreat can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children on the sleeper sofa.

You'll love the fresh mountain air out on the patio, complete with a charming chair swing, propane grill, and outdoor seating, all framed by beautiful natural stone walls.

Adjacent to the condo is a Fitness Center, as well as a Clubhouse with seasonally-open restaurant and bar. The outdoor lawn and courtyard between the Fitness Center and Clubhouse is a special area with fire features, comfortable outdoor furniture, and occasional planned events for guests to enjoy! The views from the Fitness Center and the lawn are astonishing! The Fitness Center is available for guests to work out during their stay and fitness classes are available for an additional charge. With a flat entry, easy access, and all the essentials thoughtfully provided, Cozy Mountain Retreat is your perfect home base for exploring the trails and scenic overlooks of the Blue Ridge Mountain Club and beyond.

Note that this studio is part of a shared-wall community and has quiet hours after 9:00 pm on weeknights (Sunday - Thursday) and 11:00 pm on weekends (Friday - Saturday). Please ensure your plans fit within these parameters.

Please read before booking:
All guests must go to the North Gate of BRMC to check in and will receive the directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the North Gate closing for the day (see details below).

The current gate hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday: 7am - 9pm
Saturday - Sunday: 8am - 9pm

A call box is available for guests arriving after hours, which will grant temporary access. Guests will need to visit the North Gate the following morning to collect your arrival packet. If you know you'll arrive later than 8:45pm, please contact the North Gate Team before arrival during open hours at 828.265.5065.

Blue Ridge Mountain Club Construction Notice:
BRMC is an up and coming community and there are many homes that are currently under construction. Construction noise may be audible from the home. Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays and the 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed.

Additional Notes:
- All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- The communities of Mitchell and Craig in the Blue Ridge Mountain Club do not permit pets for rentals. Thank you for not bringing pets to this unit.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Complex is monitored via exterior cameras, no cameras are present inside of the unit.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
- UTV Rentals: Available exclusively through Appalachian UTV. Rentals can be booked online. Rental pickups are located at the Meadows Pool. NOTE: Guests may not bring UTV's, ATV's or Dirtbikes to BRMC during their visit. Only UTV's available for rent from Appalachian UTV are permitted.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments.
Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
