The home is located is the Locust Hill subdivision. There are no neighborhood amenities available to guests at this home. The subdivision is quiet and there are residents/guests that frequently walk through the neighborhood.

Guests are permitted to access all rooms of the house except for the owner's closet.

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is spread out over two levels and also contains a third climb-up bedroom loft (with two full-size built-in beds and 32" TCL Roku TV) that is open to the main level family room below. The front door opens into the family room and kitchen on the main level with an open area concept and consists of a couch, loveseat, 55" TCL Roku TV and sliding glass door which leads out to the main level deck. The main level deck features an outdoor 6-person Polywood dining table set, Polywood glider, and outdoor grill. The main level also features a king bedroom with two nightstands, chest, and 50" TCL Roku TV and spacious bathroom with a beautiful black soaker tub and stand-up shower with dual shower heads. The lower level features the game room with a Black Rustic Kincaid Pool Table, Arcade 1-up Marvel vs. Capcom Arcade, 43" TCL Roku TV, built-in live edge bar, and chaise sofa for seating. Off the game room is another sliding glass door which leads out onto the lower level deck which features a brand new outdoor spa with LED lighting. Stairs descending from the deck into the yard lead to an outdoor fire pit with ample seating for guests to enjoy. Also on the lower level of the cabin is the second king bedroom with two nightstands, chest, and 43" TCL Roku TV and the twin-over-queen bunk bedroom with nightstand and 40" TCL Roku TV as well as the combination washer/dryer laundry room. The lower level also features a full bathroom off the hallway leading to the bedrooms. The house is equipped with high speed fiber internet (up to 300 mbps) and quality cable streaming is available for guests in all rooms.
Alfie’s Alpine Retreat welcomes up to two dogs that are of non-aggressive breed type (ex aggressive breed type; Pitbulls, Rottweilers, Doberman). We expect our dog guests to be well behaved and house broken. Dogs must be supervised at all times while in the house and cannot be left unattended. Dogs must be leashed while in the yard or walking in the neighborhood and cleaned up after. You must disclose your pets stay in the reservation and pay the fee of $150 for the stay. If not disclosed the pet fee will go up to $300.

After turning into the subdivision, the home is a short 2-minute, uphill drive on a paved road. Free parking is available in front and along the side of the house for up to 3 vehicles.
