Cozy seating in the living room surrounds the fireplace and the large, flat-screen TV. The open floor plan leads into the dining area, with seating for eight (8) at the main table and two at the bar. The wrap-around kitchen has a stainless steel fridge, granite countertops, and more windows overlooking the woods. A cozy outdoor deck features a gas grill and an outdoor dining table.

The primary King bedroom is on the main level with a flat-screen TV and an attached private bathroom. The spacious bathroom has dual vanities, a soaking tub, a water closet, and a walk-in shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. One has two queen beds with a TV and a unique play space for kids. The other is a full-over-full bunk room with an additional twin bed and a small TV. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a combo tub and shower.

A lower-level family/game room includes a foosball table, a large flat-screen TV, a loveseat, and access to the covered porch. There is an Xbox One and an assortment of Xbox games. There are also puzzles and family/table games available. Also on this level is a King bedroom with TV and private access to the lower level porch, and a full bathroom on the lower level.

The house has a level 2 charger for Tesla and non-Tesla electric vehicles. The charging box and 24-foot cable are located against the siding, between the bushes at the end of the parking area. There is a J1772 connector available for Tesla owners who don't have one of these adaptors (please leave it on the box when done charging).
