East Side Retreat has been completely renovated and is ready for your coastal Maine vacation. It`s a cozy open kitchen/living room that welcomes you when you walk through the door. The first floor also has a master bedroom and 3/4 bathroom with laundry. On the second floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms and a full bath. A large private backyard is a great place to relax or play family games.

Please note that this property rents Saturday-Saturday during peak season.

It`s a 2 minute walk down the hill to the footbridge and across the harbor to the center of town. You won`t have to worry parking downtown. Close to restaurants, art galleries, boat tours, and downtown shopping. Check out the Boothbay Lobster Wharf only a 7 minute walk away where you can dine out, call and order your cooked or live lobsters to have ready for pick up. Beautiful Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens is only a 9 minute drive. Barrett Park is a great place for a swim and is located a quick 1/2 mile down the road. Available year round.

Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of an owner`s closet

Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $25 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $300.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors at all times.
• Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation if excessive.
• A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your reservation total in place of a security deposit. Guests remain responsible for damage exceeding coverage or resulting from negligence or rule violations.
• Pets are not allowed at this property. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or cancellation. ADA Compliant Service Animals are permitted.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
• Open flames (fireplaces, fire pits, etc.) require prior written approval.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval.
• Waterfront/dock use (if applicable) is at your own risk and may require an additional waiver.
