Set on a serene lane just steps from the ocean, this charming three-story home blends historic character with modern essentials. Enjoy the natural beauty of Maine’s rocky coastline, gentle sea breezes, and access to Bayville’s exclusive community amenities, including a public dock, tennis courts, and a community house with ping pong.

Escape to this peaceful cabin nestled in Sprucewold, Boothbay Harbor, Maine. The upstairs bedroom features a luxurious king bed and private bathroom in the treehouse-like atmosphere, while the downstairs second bedroom offers a queen bed and the third has a cozy twin bed, along with a full bathroom. This charming home is comfortable for up to 5 guests and is ideal for a relaxing family or group getaway.

Just a short walk takes you to the private Sprucewold beach to enjoy picnics, swimming or sandcastle creations, or just soak up the ocean breezes with a good book. Beach towels are provided.

The home includes a ping-pong table, a badminton kit and plenty of board games for friendly competitions. Enjoy the cabin’s magical forest and tranquility, yet it’s only one mile from all the quaint Boothbay downtown has to offer with its cute shops, art galleries and variety of amazing restaurants.

The kitchen is fully stocked with essential dishes, glasses, and cookware (though sans dishwasher). Enjoy your coffee on the deck or grill to your heart’s (or stomach’s) satisfaction. Laundry? We’ve got you covered with a washer and dryer downstairs. If you do have to work, there is a designated workspace upstairs with a convenient keyboard and monitor included.

House Rules and Guest Information:

- Not suitable for pets
- Maximum occupancy: 2 adults and 2 children
- No parties or events allowed
- Please turn off all exterior lights by 10:00 PM
- Quiet hours must be observed in the evening and near the beach area
- Access requires navigating a long set of wooden stairs; guests must be fully mobile
- Heating and air conditioning are provided via a mini split system with a remote control
- Essentials such as towels, bed linens, cleaning supplies, coffee filters, and toiletries are provided

IMPORTANT:
Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $50 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $500.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors at all times.
• Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation if excessive.
• A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your reservation total in place of a security deposit. Guests remain responsible for damage exceeding coverage or resulting from negligence or rule violations.
• Pets are not allowed at this property. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or cancellation. ADA Compliant Service Animals are permitted.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
• Open flames (fireplaces, fire pits, etc.) require prior written approval.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval.
• Waterfront/dock use (if applicable) is at your own risk and may require an additional waiver.
