This ground-level, one-bedroom apartment (with queen-size bed) has an inviting sitting room with a twin bed sleeper sofa and TV with premium cable. The large, bright eat-in kitchen comes equipped with full-size refrigerator/freezer, electric stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee-maker, everything you need for cooking (including the lobster pot), and table service for six. The serene bedroom is furnished with a richly appointed queen-size bed, large chest of drawers, and full-size closet. The bathroom includes a spacious shower with bench and luxurious linens including oversized bath sheets.
Whether enjoying an early morning cup of coffee or a spectacular sunset glass of wine, the large backyard beckons with several seating areas (including a picnic table and an old-fashioned double swing) to take in the various tidal personalities of the always-changing historic Mill Cove. Whether it is the newest generation of ducklings paddling and playing behind their watchful mother, a blue heron fishing at low tide, or a party of gulls sparring on the skeletal ship remains, the cove never disappoints. Beyond the lush flower and vegetable garden (from which you are welcome to help yourself to whatever is ready to harvest), guests can head down the ramp to the floating dock at high tide and take a refreshing swim or paddle the two Pongo kayaks out for a spin (life jackets provided) over to the main Harbor to the east or along the quiet shoreline to the west (local guide available).
Other amenities include wireless high speed internet, access to washer and dryer, barbeque grill and picnic table, cooler and ice packs for day trips, and off-street parking behind house. Owner lives on premises in main house.

From May 31 until June 21, and from August 30 until October 13, this property has a 4-day minimum stay at a reduced rate. From June 22 through Augusts 29, It has a Saturday until Saturday minimum 7 night stay with check-out time of 10:00 on Saturday and check-in time of 4:00.
