Tranquility awaits at this beautiful home, located steps from deeded access to Knickerbocker Lake and a mile and a half to the Maine Botanical Gardens. A three-acre manicured property and upscale interior are yours to enjoy. Wander the lush gardens, explore the woods, or relax by the garden-side firepit. The spacious deck has everything needed for sunset cookouts.

Four can share morning coffee at the butcher block kitchen bar. Then, settle in on the comfy sectional and screen a new film on the TV in the sun-soaked Great room, a social space with cathedral ceilings and a gas fireplace. Downstairs, the den is stocked with books and games. Comfy furniture, a desk, and a table offer plenty of space to socialize or read. A second living room is ideal for fun-filled game nights with a pool table, foosball, and ping-pong.

Fine tile work, granite countertops, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances line the high-end kitchen. Thanks to a gas range and a roomy French-door fridge, meal preparation is a breeze. Enjoy festive meals in the eight-person dining room when your recipes are ready.

Choose between relaxing on the quiet screened porch or unwinding on the covered front porch in the evenings.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
