So many awards for this performance
Maybe my expectations were too high. But after all, I booked this resort precisely because of all the awards. And the hotel is exceptional in many areas. The Resort is very large and well maintained and in the middle there is a beautiful challenging golf course. Our room was quite large with a view of the golf course and swimming pool, which is recommended. Also worth mentioning is the good organization of transport within the resort and then of course the friendliness of all the employees.
We were less impressed by the so-called large breakfast buffet. If during a week there are only yellow and red watermelons as fresh fruits, while you can buy fresh pineapples, bananas or mangoes in every corner. This is difficult to understand since these products are grown in the Philippines. Dairy products and bread were also very scarce and the butter was mostly already soft because it was not refrigerated. However, if you like rice, fish, meat and so on for breakfast, you are in the right place.
What disappointed us most was the so-called private beach. The main advertising photo of this resort shows a beach with sun loungers and umbrellas. There were some partially broken deckchairs but no parasols anywhere. The photo of the pool at the private beach does not correspond in any way to what is there. It should be mentioned in passing that there are only two other pools in the main building besides this pool and you can imagine that with so many guests this is absolutely insufficient.
