Staff seemed nice. Check in was smooth once we figured it out. (The website given in the email to check in does not work. Perhaps the app provided more info, but I did not download it.) Park in front in the turn around, go in and get your room keys, which will be used to get into the first come/first served parking garage. (There's another garage right next to the one you use for the hotel. Don't use this one, it's for residents of the building next door only.) Elevator in the garage is nice so that you don't have to go outside to get into your room. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful (fruit, cereal, make-your-own waffles, pastries, coffee, juice, etc.).
Negatives: The room seemed clean, though there was a water bottle left under the small dresser, which made me wonder how thoroughly they're cleaned. Screws were missing from the door hinge to where the fridge is stored. The bathroom door handle was a bit loose and didn't lock. These are simple fixes and really should have been taken care of before we were checked in. I feel for what we paid, there should be more care taken into the room upkeep.
All in all, we only stayed one night and it served it's purpose.
