I was very disappointed with my recent stay at The Bradley Inn. On the first night, I was in the common area with family and overheard a loud, unprofessional conversation between staff( Elizabeth) and another individual—filled with inappropriate language and clearly audible to us nearby. It was uncomfortable and not what I’d expect from a boutique property.
More importantly, after checking out, I realized I had left my North Face rain jacket in the room. I immediately called, texted, and left multiple messages—but never received a single response. I was more than willing to pay for shipping, but no one even bothered to follow up or check on the item. The lack of basic courtesy or effort felt careless and dismissive.
For a place that markets itself as high-end, the service was extremely poor. Sadly, I’ve had better experiences at chain hotels. I won’t be staying here again.
