Welcome to our charming 1 bedroom retreat, nestled in the vibrant city of Boulder! This cozy apartment offers a peaceful escape while being conveniently located just minutes away from downtown, hiking trails and local eateries.
The space offers it all including a workstation equipped monitor, keyboard and mouse and comes fully stocked with towels, linens, kitchen items and anything else you would need to feel right at home.
The complex boasts a beautiful pool, and a well equipped gym as well.

The Space:
This ground floor apartment is a spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. With a queen bed, and full shower and bathtub. There is a private outdoor patio. There are two TV's in the unit, a 65" in the living room and a 43" in the bedroom, both are smart TV's.
The apartment comes fully equipped with a sit/standing desk, a monitor, keyboard and mouse are included free of charge. The unit has high speed WI-FI that can be hardwired in if needed.
The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the supplies you will need, whether you are an avid chef or a late night snacker. We provide a starter pack of coffee, tea and sugars as well as cleaning supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.
Washer and dryer are located in the building and do cost money. We provide a large amount of detergent as part of the starter pack when you first enter the home.

Guest Access:
Guest has full access to the private apartment. There is a keyless entry providing seamless checkin and security.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the Arborwood condominiums. Located 2 miles from the heart of downtown Boulder. This is an ideal location for exploring everything Boulder has to offer, there are local restaurants and coffee shops 1 block away and also hiking and biking trails at your door step. Experience local living with the convenience of all the modern amenities Arborwood has to offer.

Getting Around:
Boulder is easy to get around. The bus system is robust and Ubers/Lyfts are plentiful. There is a bus stop two blocks away from the apartment that will take you downtown. If you have any specific questions about getting around Boulder, do not hesitate to reach out.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are welcome for a one-time $150 fee per pet.
