The Green House - Spacious, modern, 40min to ski resort

Our spacious and comfortable house is a modern ski retreat in winter or a pool escape in summer. Luxury furniture, fast wi-fi, grocery store and coffee shops within 5 minute drive. It is 12 minutes to central Boulder and Pearl Street. In summer, swim in our solar-heated pool beginning in June, and visit the many farm stands within a mile radius. In winter you're only 40 minutes from the closest ski resort, Eldora. Year-round you can walk from our door to a large network of trails to find gorgeous views of the entire range of the Rockies from North to South.

Our house has 4 bedrooms, a full kitchen with new appliances, and art tv with Sonos speakers. With 3 king beds, 3 fireplaces, and 3 separate living areas, guests can enjoy a comfortable getaway. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with a bidet, jetted bathtub, and shower for a tremendous spa-like experience. Whether you're looking to hike the nearby trails, ski the resort 40 minutes away, explore the city or unwind in the comfort of this excellent property, make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

Our house is very kid-friendly, we have a toddler climbing wall, toddler toys, and our fourth bedroom is a nursery with two cribs. The nursery will be closed off unless needed for babies/children. We have a fenced yard in the back with a deck and lounging space or for dinners al fresco. Our pool currently has a toddler fence around it to protect kids and dogs. This is our primary home so it will be stocked with anything you may need, and we entertain any special requests pertaining to allergies, pets, and kids.
