We are a family of three hosting guests : myself, my wife, and our energetic 4-year-old child. Our villa is designed to provide a warm and friendly atmosphere where guests can feel right at home. Family get-togethers, official stays &film shoots , Long Stays and Short Stays.

Our villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and is perfect for both families and business travellers. The home is located inside a secure gated community, offering privacy, safety, and a peaceful environment.
This peaceful home features two beautifully designed living rooms (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor) and four comfortable bedrooms.
• Ground floor: 1 en-suite bedroom, main living room, full modular kitchen
• First floor: 2 en-suite bedrooms + a second cozy living area
• Second floor: 1 additional bedroom ( detached bathroom) + balcony sit-out with open views
Just 20 minutes from the airport, the villa offers both convenience and privacy, making it an ideal stay for long or short trips.

Guest access
Guests will have full private access to the entire villa, including:
• Ground floor: Living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and one ensuite bedroom.
• First floor: Second living area and two ensuite bedrooms.
• Second floor: One additional bedroom and a spacious open balcony sit-out.
• Parking: Private parking inside the gated community.
You can use all amenities provided in the villa — kitchen appliances, utensils, Wi-Fi, hot water, laundry area, and all common spaces.
The home theatre room on the 2nd floor is currently not open for guest access.

• Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is allowed only in the second-floor balcony.
• Dispose cigarette butts safely (high fire risk).

• Limited alcohol is allowed inside the villa.
• Drink responsibly and avoid disturbance.
• Alcohol is not allowed in common community areas.

• This is a calm, family-friendly gated community.
• No loud music or shouting at any time.
• Strict quiet hours after 9:30 PM.
• No parties, DJ setups, or large gatherings.
• Please respect neighbours and community rules.

• Private parking is available inside the community.
• Park only in the designated space.
