This four-level home is designed to capture ocean breezes and maximize the spectacular views from every room.
Top Level – Primary Suite
The main suite features a private balcony with panoramic ocean and jungle views. Enjoy morning coffee, sunrise stretching, or a light workout (weights and mats provided) in this peaceful, elevated space.
Second Level – Guest Bedrooms
Two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom:
One with a king bed and stunning views
One with twin bunk beds, plus books, games, and activities for children
Main Level – Living & Rancho
The heart of the home includes:
Indoor living area with large windows and ocean breezes
Fully equipped kitchen with stone countertops, custom cabinetry, pantry, and bar seating

Lower Level – Guest Suite
A private 4th bedroom and bathroom offer a unique treehouse-like experience. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors fully open to immerse you in the sights and sounds of the jungle, with sweeping ocean and mountain views. A private patio overlooks the pool—perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee.
Outdoor Living
The private pool is surrounded by comfortable lounge furniture and overlooks the ocean, jungle canopy, gardens, and fruit orchard. The grounds include fruit trees, medicinal plants, and herbs available for guest use when in season.
The property also supports native wildlife, including butterflies, Mariola honeybees, monkeys, and a wide variety of tropical birds.

No pets or smoking allowed
Due to multiple levels and open design, the home is not suitable for children under 6 or guests with limited mobility. The treehouse suite does not have screens; doors can be closed at night and all rooms include A/C and fans for comfort.
Nature & Setting
This is a true Costa Rican jungle experience. You will encounter wildlife such as monkeys, birds, butterflies, and seasonal sounds like cicadas. While most guests love this immersive environment, please note that insects are part of the ecosystem—keeping doors closed at night helps minimize them indoors.
