Located a 5 minutes drive to Bowrals Main Street, Lauretana House and Cottage are quintessential Southern Highlands charm. Both the house and the cottage are perfect for wedding photography and we pride ourselves on accommodating bridal parties who wish to utilise our home and grounds for photography.

The Estate is incredibly private and secluded behind large, gated manicured gardens.

The property also features a large solar heated pool.

Lauretana House and Cottage is equipped with all the luxury requirements you may need and more including

- Nespresso machines

- Smeg appliances

- Hotel quality linens and towels

- The main residence features a roaring fireplace, heating system and cooling fans.

- The cottage features a split system air-conditioning and electric heating

- Travel cot, and high chair for your children

THE MAIN RESIDENCE

The main residence sleeps a maximum of 8 adults and features:

Bedrooms:

- Master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite

- Two Queen Size bedrooms with queen beds

- One Queen Size bedroom with double bed

THE COTTAGE

The cottage sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and features:

- Master bedroom with queen bed

- 1 air mattress in the living room

- 1 bathroom w/ a shower and toilet

Bathrooms:

- All bathrooms come complete with complimentary organic shampoo, conditioner and body wash

- All bathrooms come with hotel-quality towels, bathmats and hand soap

- All bathrooms come with heating (in the main house, not in the cottage)

** Strictly no parties, and unfortunately we cannot host weddings on our grounds.**

We love having guests who want to visit the highlands for weddings, or want to have a reception elsewhere and utilise our property for wedding photography, or accommodation for after the ceremony / reception.



THINGS TO KNOW

*Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

*If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of $20 per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay!



HOUSE RULES

* Check-in after 3 pm; check-out before 10 am. Fees may apply for changes. Approval required first.

* No smoking allowed

* Strictly No parties or events allowed.

* No Pets allowed.

* Air mattress can be provided in the cottage upon request, for a fee if less than 12 guests booked.

* Guests must follow NSW Short Term Legislation.

* All guests are required to accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form, as well as provide a valid ID and card details for security.

* Max 12 overnight guests, 6 day visitors, 18 people total at any time.

* Only approved guests/visitors allowed (written permission required).

* Strict no-smoking policy; $500 fine may apply.

* Respect neighbours; keep noise low, especially after 9 pm.

* Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund (STRA terms apply).

* Date changes allowed only if more than 1 month before check-in, subject to approval/surcharges.
