Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior simply flooded with natural light. House was dusty, window mutton’s were falling off, master bathroom needs drywall repair around tub, tub jets were black, haven’t been cleaned in some time, dining room chairs were fixed with screws that were tool long, when you sit down they stab you, my 12yr old ran one through his hand, tetanus shot needed. One good thing was the location of the property, it needs maintenance!! If I could add pictures I would, I took a bunch.

The condo was definitely in need of some improved maintenance/upkeep, like a sink not draining, the dishwasher needing to be cleaned/not working, and the ports for the TV not working. The location definitely made up for it, it was great to be ski-in/ski-out while still being walkable for anyone who wasn't skiing.

Quick weekend

The unit was clean but very dated. The furniture is old and one headboard was broken. We weren't impressed for the price of our stay. The unit has a deck but it was filthy and the furniture on it was a mess. We came to do the Skybridge and loved that but the whole resort is dated and shabby.

The location is very convenient for a family that is skiing. Located right on the side on Boyne mountain ski up to your door and right onto the lift. We had a great stay the only complaint we have is we wish that the bathroom had been cleaned better. Upon arrival we found hair in the showers and the tub jets could use a good cleaning. Other then that everything was great

WORSE VACATION!

We've been traveling 2-3 times Up North every year and never had a bad experience like this time staying at this house! When we first walked in the house, it smelled so bad! We saw lots of damanged stuff, the furniture was so dirty. The couch smelled horrible, the table was all ruined by stains also broken. The TV didn't work for us.There was a terrible smell in the master bedroom and we tired to figure out what the smell was and after looking and searching we pushed the bed and found a disaster, we saw a pair of shoes under the bed and some kind of rotten food, MOLD ON THE SHEETS upstairs on the one of the loft bed! We brought out the vaccum to clean out the mess we found and the vaccum it self was disgusting!! The smell that came out of it was gross! We had a hard time getting into the pools that were mentioned on the amenities and we ended up not being able to use it even after calling Vacasa multiple times a day and they promised to fix all our problems ASAP and we never heard back at all! Forgot to mention as we were getting ready to go to bed, we were disappointed by how dirty the bedding was and we also saw some sort of INSECT under the comforter. Thankfully, we had taken an air mattress with us and we had to use it and did not sleep on the beds. We were very frustrated that we paid all that money and not enjoy our vacation. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING THIS PLACE AT ALL!

Location was great, cleanliness not so much

This place was not exactly clean upon our arrival. There was food/wrappers on the floor behind the night upstairs, dirt all over the comforter. The downstairs bedrooms had a missing closet door, stained comforter and a headboard that was broken, making it lean toward the bed. Customer service was notified, but nothing was done about it.

Good property, terrible customer service

Property was great and in great location, but the customer service was just less than subpar. Took almost 2 months to complete the tax exempt process (another company through VRBO took less than a week), I would not receive responses for weeks at a time and I received multiple conflicting answers over the same topic when I called in - very inconsistent and frustrating.

Great Location For Access To Boyne Mountain

Awesome location. This place is right next to the Boyneland area where we could access the main mountain very easily. It was super nice to have the base of mountain resort right out the back door of the place. This was a pet friendly unit and it was great to have our pup with us for the trip. We will be booking this unit again every year for our trip to Boyne.

Great location, could use some upgrades

The location was perfect, you are right at the heart of Boyne. The condo was spacious and comfortable for my family. The biggest complaint and could have been avoided was how to find the exact condo. In all the emails it said unit A but there is no unit A. I only found it because of the name of the wifi or I would still be driving around. It needs to be labelled better. A few other minor details, some of the dishes were not clean, a closet was broken, bathroom sink leaked, no tv in all the bedrooms and most of us fall asleep to tv but overall great place but the price needs to be lowered because of reasons mentioned. Highlight is location!

Never again will I use or recommend Vacasa

Every year, my family and I anxiously wait for our yearly family vacation at Boyne. We’ve never had any issues when we stayed there and we’ve used Vrbo. HOWEVER, we had no clue what we were getting ourselves into this time, this was our first time renting out a unit managed by VACASA. For those of you who have never rented these units, there is an upstairs and a downstairs, you can rent just the top, bottom, or both. They are very large and comfortable units. We have both rented top alone, bottom alone, and both before as we’ve been there many times in the past.First thing we noticed was that the doors that connect or separate both units were completely open- unlocked, and there were other people staying downstairs. No key was left for those doors, we only had the code lock in the front entrance. I immediately contacted Vacasa, it was horrendous!!! They kept transferring me to different people and the people I spoke to had NO CLUE what I was talking about. I explained to them the door situation and they told me someone would be out to lock those doors. I also mentioned that our microwave was broken and that we had tons of prepped meals that were meant to be easily microwaved so we could go out and enjoy ourselves as we would always do every year. They also said someone would be out for that. Nobody ever came- we had to put a bench and lots and pans behind the connecting doors because we DID NOT FEEL SAFE KNOWING THERE WERE COMPLETE STRANGERS STAYING UNDER us! We had

Very clean, quiet, and many nearby things to do. Only issues were that difficult to determine which condo was ours the 2224 address is hidden behind tree branches and the unit is labeled 614 not unit A once that was figured out could not get door opened. Neighbor came out stated those people dont rent anymore.called manager she sent.someone to get us in. Holes above new door lock letting bees into the house we stuffed papertowels in the holes. Manager stated we would get disconnected friday nights stay but i dont see that in my bill receipt. Also better directions for use of pools and that any indoor ones you have to pay for.
