Diese Ferienwohnung in Disciples Ridge befindet sich direkt auf dem GrundstĂŒck von Boyne Mountain und ist ideal fĂŒr eine grĂ¶ĂŸere Gruppe, die zum Skifahren, Fahrradfahren, Golfen oder fĂŒr ein besonderes Ereignis kommt. Nur eine Notiz, wir haben auch eine andere Disciples Ridge Wohnung in einem GebĂ€ude.

Diese Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und bietet Platz fĂŒr 1, 2, 3 oder mehr Familien. Ein kurzer Spaziergang bringt Sie in die Mitte des Boyneland-Laufs. Von dort aus haben Sie Zugang zum Fuß des Berges und zu allem, was der Ferienort Boyne Mountain zu bieten hat. Oder steigen Sie in ein Auto und fahren Sie in weniger als 10 Minuten am Ufer des Lake Charlevoix oder der Stadt Boyne City. Petoskey und Charlevoix sind jeweils 20 Minuten vom Berg entfernt.

Diese gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung ist schön eingerichtet und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber neue Wohnbereich-Möbel, einen Kamin und viel Platz fĂŒr alle. Es verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine komplett renovierte KĂŒche mit GranitoberflĂ€chen und eine Bar. Der Eingang wurde umgestaltet, um Ski, Boards und Ihre gesamte SkiausrĂŒstung unterzubringen. Es schlĂ€ft 16 in Betten und 18 mit dem Schlafsofa. Diese Wohnung vermietet als komplette Einheit und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber 3 Ebenen mit 2 KĂŒchen und 2 Dichten, so gibt es viel Platz zum Ausbreiten und verschiedene AktivitĂ€ten zu genießen.

Die Hauptetage dieser Immobilie umfasst zwei Schlafzimmer und ein geschlossenes Loft. Das erste Schlafzimmer hat zwei Königinnen, der Meister hat einen König und der Dachboden hat zwei Königinnen. Die Hauptebene hat auch drei volle BĂ€der (das Master-Bad hat eine Whirlpoolwanne), Höhle mit Schlafsofa, voll ausgestattete KĂŒche und eine Terrasse mit Terrasse. Die untere Ebene der Wohnung ist ĂŒber ein internes Treppenhaus sowie einen separaten separaten Eingang erreichbar. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer befinden sich in der unteren Ebene, eines mit einem König und das andere mit zwei Königinnen. Ein Vollbad, eine Höhle und eine zusĂ€tzliche KĂŒche befinden sich ebenfalls auf dieser Ebene. Stapelbare Waschmaschine / Trockner auf dieser Ebene der Wohnung.

PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT!!! Everything about this place was perfect. We had 6 of us and so comfortable. Great walking distance to mountain. Such a great family vacation. Hosts were prompt and accommodating. We will DEFINITELY rent this unit again.

Wonderful getaway

Great place for a long ski weekend. We made plenty of meals and had most of what we needed for cooking and serving in the cupboards. Loved that the upstairs loft was closed in for those who like to sleep in. Short walk to the slopes and had there been more snow, it would have been easy to ski back to house. The host was immediately available to help with a question.

Thanksgiving Getaway

The property was awesome! It accomodated my Father, who is 85 to my granddaughter who is 21. We had a wonderful time. It snowed and it was so beautiful there. The crew were out shoveling the sidewalks right up to the door! With the 2 kitchens we made cookies, played games and had a wonderful time. It is very close to the Ski Lodge and not far from other places to see. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

This property has great potential with the location and ability to accommodate a large group. I rated it a 3 overall because it is tired and needs some updating (bedding, mattresses, furniture, shower heads, shower curtains, coffee pots, kitchen utensils/pots and pans, dishes and the dishwasher leaked). It was nicely stocked with plenty of towels, paper, towels, dish soap/detergent and garbage bags.

Great unit for our large group but lacks supplies

The unit was large for our group. And mostly clean. However, there were no supplies in the lower unit and what was there was dirty when we arrived. There were no dish towels or dish cloths, only 2 coffee cups, and no spatula. The kitchen floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, there were no light bulbs in any of the lamps in the bedrooms, and the patio was filthy (both upstairs and downstairs). We had an issue with one of the toilets over flowing the first day, but maintenance was quick to respond to correct the issue. When they came I asked them to bring dish towels. What they brought were like old rags. Totally unacceptable for a property such as this! If you are going to rent out both units they both need to be stocked. Overall I would stay here again, but come better prepared. I have never stayed in a Vrbo that was so poorly stocked. Correcting these items would make this property a much better experience for your guests.

However, there were many things not functioning properly. - one of the burners of the stove was not working - both coffee pots were not working properly - all 3 barstools were extremely loose and felt as if they were going to break - basement toilet did not flush properly - main tv remote was broken - several light bulbs were out - they gave us dish soap but no brush/sponge to clean pans/pots so we had to go purchase one. Access was simple, instructions were nice and clear. Overall, good but just unfortunately a handful of issues.

I would recommend Timber North Vacation Management to others. The property is withing walking distance to the center of Boyne central area. Right by the ski lifts, water park, zip lines, etc. Pool was within walking distance also.

Beautiful stay - great location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and had most of what we needed. We had small children and it was great to be able to walk to the Boyne resort and not have to pack in a car. Also there was simple things to enjoy with the little ones as well as water park too. Would definitely rent again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the condo for a ski trip with two families. It had plenty of rooms. The set up of the condo is nice with a downstairs door directly to basement and upstairs door. It isn't to far from the ski hill. Would recommend it. Owners answered all questions quickly.

Weekend Ski Trip

12 of us enjoyed our ski trip weekend up to Boyne. Location was great with only a block walk to the Boyneland slope, which is open all day and night. The home was clean and had a decent amount of cooking supplies.
