The dock is available for tying up a boat. The channel runs at the end of the dock and is typically 3â4 feet deep, depending on the lake level. While the water near the shore is shallow with a muddy bottom, it is swimmable. For better swimming conditions, head about 100 yards to the left across the sandbar, where the water is deeper.**
