Gut: Sauberkeit
The property is spacious (three bedrooms, two bathrooms) and has a nice size lanai. It's located across the street from the beach and a short walk to a couple of casual restaurants. The property was (mostly) clean, but tired. There's no single big issue, but lots of little things that add up to a feeling that it needs some updating. Things like burned out or mismatched light bulbs, very worn kitchen cabinets, dingy kitchen sink, some walls that need painting, and a lanai that desperately needs a thorough cleaning. The master bathroom is updated and in decent shape. The master bedroom mattress is very supportive. It's also important to note that this unit is on the third floor. There is an elevator, but it's on the far side of the building. You either need to walk all the way to the elevator or walk up three flights of stairs.
