Pure island vibing at this spacious beachfront studio located in the heart of Bradenton Beach at the Coquina Beach Club. Wake up refreshed with endless views of the turquoise Gulf waters at this 1 bed, 1 bath studio that is styled with coastal decor, tile floors, and has sliding glass doors that open up to your private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the sounds of the crashing waves. Just steps from the large communal, heated pool with loungers, covered parking spaces and easy beach access for finding the perfect spot to set up your umbrella and sunbathe the day away along the white powdered beaches. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and near the local AMI trolley stop where you can hop on to navigate the rest of the 7 mile island. Paradise awaits!

Beach chairs and an umbrella are available as well as beach and pool towels. This townhome participates in a professional linen program so you can rest well in luxury.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by Shore Thing Property Services LLC for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require 25% deposit with the final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Shore Thing Properties cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

House keeping will provide you with a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags, but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

*Please note: Two parking passes will be provided for your stay in the condo and must be displayed in your car at all times to avoid being towed. Please leave the pass IN THE CONDO when you leave. Failure to return the pass will result in a $50.00 replacement fee.
