Located on Anna Maria Sound (the bay), Castaway Condo is nestled in the Margaritaville Resort at One Particular Harbor. The resort is on Perico Island at the base of the Manatee Bridge just across from Anna Maria Island. This spectacular location allows easy walking access to Floriday's Woodfire Grill & Bar, Safe Harbor Pier 77 Marina, nature trails, and only about a mile from Robinson's Nature Preserve which offers endless trails for walking, biking, kayaking, and sightseeing. Castaway is conveniently located near grocery, pharmacy, shopping, restaurants and offers quick, easy access to Anna Maria Island's sandy shores on the Gulf! Enjoy Manatee Public Beach located just over the bridge on AMI (about a mile away), Bean Point on the tip of AMI (about 4 miles away), or any of the other pristine beaches in between!

One Particular Harbor at Margaritaville is a beautiful, gated community with resort amenities. Guests have access to the heated pool, covered cabana area with tables, chairs & counter space for pool entertaining, splash pad, playground, grills & picnic tables.

This well-appointed 2 bedroom/2 bath condo boasts all new furnishings and interior features including beautiful tile floors throughout. Enjoy modern beach-style decor with comfort, luxury, and relaxation in mind. This top-floor condo offers high ceilings and an open floor plan with the bedrooms on opposite sides of the space. The lanai overlooks the pool, offering stunning views of the community's lushness and swaying palms.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not a hotel so only a “starter” for about 2 days of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap & garbage bags will be provided. We do not provide any toiletries. (sometimes you may find extra garbage bags, tin foil, baggies, spices, etc. are left from previous guests)

****LONG TERM STAYS OVER 30 DAYS ONLY**** have access to additional amenities which include a fitness center, additional pools, kayaks, fire pit and the spectacular waterfront Sky Bar Restaurant & Beach Club that overlooks a large salt water pool, hot tub and the inter-coastal water ways. The Beach Club offers a waterfront sitting area that is a great place to relax and catch breathtaking sunsets with a drink in hand while your toes are in soft, powder sand.

**Please keep in mind if the elevator becomes inoperable due to any reason, the stairs will be the only form of transportation between floors*

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
