This 1+ acre water-view property is the ideal location to enjoy that country sprawl, while having all our areas most attractive amenities nearby. 2,400+ square-feet of bright and refreshing open living space welcomes you to relax and unwind. The 4 bedrooms are divided between 2 levels allowing for more privacy between split parties or adults and children. Pool and spa under a screened-in lanai with and additional 500+ square-foot open-air patio and covered pergola.

Enjoy lakefront sunset views from the second floor balcony, pool or hot tub. Catch a perfect sunset view over the water from the back patio!

Located near the best restaurants our area has to offer, a mile from Walmart and Publix, 16 miles to Siesta Key Beach, 14 miles to white sand beaches on AMI, 8 miles to UTC Mall, Benderson Park and rowing facility. 6 miles to Bradenton Area Conventional Center, 9 miles to Premier Sports Complex and 6 miles to IMG Academy. Sarasota International Airport is also less than 7 miles away!

Property is ideal for family vacations with an abundance of space to spread out and enjoy each other’s company. The driveway is even large enough to bring your boat!

Gas Grill provided with propane provided. We do not refill the tank so when it is empty feel free to exchange it (typically around $20+/-).

Pool Settings are all scheduled. When requested, Pool Heat can be set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. If you desire the pool to be heated, please notify me upon booking so we can start the heating 24 hours in advance so it is ready for you upon your arrival.

Pool Heat is $100 per week or the duration of your stay, whichever is less.

Hot tub is set to 100 degrees. Push-button panel located next to the hot tub and it will heat for 1 hour

Hot tub is included with your stay.

Pets will be considered on a case by case basis, and a $250 fee applies. Please message directly your pet’s breed, size and level of obedience/house training. Pets must never be left alone uncrated* in the home or yard. Yard must be cleaned up after pet and kept free of fecal matter.

*Crate can be provided upon request and pet fee paid

This is a very well kept home and I want everyone to enjoy their time however I do not allow parties. Violations of this rule will be immediately evicted without refund and subject to an additional $500 eviction fee. (Small gatherings and celebrations are allowed-message host for approval). No playing loud or vulgar music outside, No drug use on the property including marijuana with a medical ID, No excess cars or guests. No street or yard parking. Absolutely no indoor smoking including the garage. Age 26+ to book. 8 adults maximum. We care about our neighbors and our home and this behavior is not allowed at this property.

There are no cameras located in, on or around this property. Your peace of mind is very important to us!
