-Bradenton "Island Ferry" that goes to Anna Marie Island is available Wednesday through Sunday. Round trip for a senior is $9. Book online.
-Shopping CARTS are available in storeroom to right of elevator lobby to assist with groceries.
-A $150 application fee is required upon booking. 30 day minimum stay required.
-Farmer's Market is seasonal and ends in May.
-Reserved, covered parking, spot#28, available for tenant, additional open parking available for guests.
