We no longer can offer short stays per Bradenton's new short term stay regulations. Now, we have changed our rental agreement to >29 days to avoid the short term rental government requirements that treat rentals like hotel room stays, even for condotels which were always intended to be used as short term rentals.

If you are looking for a stay less than 30 days you should look at other properties or consider renting from us with a longer stay and offer your reservation to other family members or friends after your leave.

Another thought is to have this condo as a Florida "home base" to return to when going to Universal Studios, Disneyland, and other Florida locations (like you would on a cruise ship). When you look at short term rental rates, there is not much difference between a one month stay in price compared to short term rental rates which are much higher.

Located just 6 miles east of Bradenton Beach & Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island (Take Cortez or Manatee Bridges).

This is a condotel with 2 heated pools, 2 hot tubs, outdoor grills, pool loungers and umbrella tables, pickleball courts, tennis courts, basketball hoops, shuffleboard, ping pong, horseshoe pits, and a billiards room. 2 blocks away there is a gym next to the movie theaters. Fishing is allowed on the lakes as well. The club house has books, movies, fishing gear, tennis raquets and anything else you need. There is also a brochure rack with flyers about beach horseback riding, fishing charters, dinner cruises, museums and anything else you may want to do on vacation.

This is a Condotel just like a hotel stay with a kitchen and all the amenities of a resort. Since you have a kitchen, you'll be glad to know that there are 2 grocery stores 1 block away from the condo (Publix & Aldi's).

In the condo, tell Alexa music to play the "Gasparilla" playlist for island music while you enjoy sunrises on the cozy patio seating in the screened 2nd floor lanai overlooking the lake and fountain with colorful birds & turtles. We like to turn the TV to the aquarium screensaver for the full island atmosphere. Enjoy the atmosphere of being on the beach without the high cost.

Tempur-pedic® memory foam mattresses, perfect for 2 couples. The additional queen sofa sleeper in the living room with a memory foam mattress is good for additional overnight guests.

There are 6 pool passes hanging on the hat rack as you come in the front door for access to the clubhouse and all amenities. The maximum number of guests per night is 6 people (adults or small children) per the condotel association so be sure to carry the passes at all times while on the property. Shorewalk does not allow any pets...and this unit does not allow service animals as it is an upstairs unit.

This spacious upstairs 1,110 sq. foot vacation rental has vaulted ceilings in the living room and dining area. The outdoor entry door has a courtyard security camera for added peace of mind, and notification that your packages or uber were delivered.

Both master & guest bedrooms have DVD players, Roku, Amazon Prime, Netflix & Spectrum TV channels. The guest queen bed has 6 clothing drawers in the pedestal. The master bedroom features a king size bed (most vacation properties only have queen size beds) and also has a large 50" flat screen LED wall TV just like the living room. There is high speed WIFI internet. If sports games are your favorite thing to watch...the living room TV has FUBO for all the games. Both the guest tub/shower and master walk in shower are ADA compliant with shower rails. Just a reminder...this is an upstairs unit with 14 stairs in the courtyard leading up to the front patio. The great thing about upstairs units are the high ceilings that make this feel more like a home than a condo.

The easy access front door coded deadbolt lock removes the hassle of picking up keys at check in.. Just touch the Logo to light up the keyboard and then type the 4 digit door code to activate the deadbolt to lock and unlock the door. The door code is set for your arrival and departure date....no keys to lose in the sand at the beach.

We are happy to let you gain access as soon as you arrive at Shorewalk Vacation Villas as we are no longer doing "back to back" rentals that stress out our cleaning staff. Also...we have a late checkout of 1 pm.

We have a PDF guest guide with many restaurants and fun places to go listed...at the front desk you will also find a large display rack with brochures or everything from horse rides in the gulf of mexico, sports fishing charters, sand bar tiki sunset trips, dolphin tours & much more!

The front entrance to IMG sports academy is just down the road less than 1 mile south of Shorewalk Vacation Villas.
