Cocoonr offers this magnificent 270 m² thatched cottage, which can accommodate up to 6 people, for rent in Brandivy. This beautiful, fully renovated house combines tradition and modernity. The house comprises a large 40 m² living room (with pellet stove), communicating with a lounge (with wood-burning stove and TV), a fitted kitchen, a master suite (with shower and bath), two beautiful bedrooms, each with its own shower room, and a garden of around 4,000 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A large 40 m² living room with cathedral ceiling
- A living room with TV, wood-burning stove (wood provided)...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room
- A utility room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: master suite with king-size bed (180×200), en-suite bathroom with shower, bath and dressing room
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Children are welcome, with indoor and outdoor games available.

Outside:
- A 30 m² south-facing wooden terrace with furniture.
- A large enclosed garden of 4000 m², planted with trees and flowers, with furniture, a hammock and children's play equipment (wooden teepee, swing) to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Brandivy, in very pleasant surroundings. It's a haven of greenery, ideal for recharging your batteries in the heart of nature.
Plumergat (3 km away) has all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market.

- Green cycling route to Vannes 10 minutes away
- Morbihan Gulf
- Visit Vannes, Auray, Quiberon Bay, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private car park (2 vehicles in the enclosed grounds and 1 vehicle in front of the gate).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Auray station, about 18 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Vannes-Golfe du Morbihan airport, about 22 minutes by car

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.

- The wood-burning stove and pellet-burning stove are operational, and wood and pellets are provided.
- The house is located on the same plot as another house (shared garden), but the 2 terraces are not overlooked.
- Dangerous staircase (accompaniment of children recommended)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
