The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 85 m² house for rent in Brandivy, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 3,500 m² shared garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 50 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchair and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Laundry room
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and 1 single bed (90×190)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and 1 single bed (120×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful 3,500 m² unfenced garden, shared with another house, with a children's play area (swing, wooden teepee).
- A 20 m² south-facing terrace, with outdoor furniture (table, chairs, deckchairs, parasol).

The house is ideally located in Brandivy, in very pleasant surroundings. It's a haven of peace, ideal for recharging your batteries in the midst of nature. The environment is absolutely tranquil, with only the sounds of nature, such as birdsong, to lull you to sleep. A perfect place to relax and reconnect with the surrounding serenity.
You can benefit from all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... at around 3 km.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
