Three Bedroom Home Reservoir Getaway

This stylish house is close to the Reservoir in a safe neighborhood. Three bedrooms that includes two king sized beds & a queen sized bed. The master bedroom has a 40" Smart TV. The large living room with high ceilings with a Smart TV and free wifi. The full kitchen is equipped to cook in or for you to bring in local food. There is a grill on the large back porch in the backyard. Two car driveway, but no boat parking. No street parking either. The house is ready for long and short term stays.

You are able to get mail and packages but it is up to you to check. I do not take responsibility for your mail or packages.

We provide you with a starter pack of items for the house. We do not provide restock items.

**Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement. Security Hold $300. Hold to be processed by Host on Guest's Credit Card. See Listing and Rental Agreement for details. Min age is at least 24 Years of Age.**

We do have some rules in place:
No smoking in our property - $500 charge if we find evidence of smoking including the smell of smoke in the property
No events or parties. You will not be refunded for your stay if you have a party and are asked to leave early. There may be up to a $1,000 charge for any clean-up or broken, destroyed, or stained items as a result of a party or event.
No pet is permitted on the property nor visiting animals. We will charge an additional $150 per animal if you bring in an additional animal into the property. If you bring an animal you claim is a service animal but does not fit the ADA's requirements, we will report you and there can be a penalty up to $1,000 and up to 6 months in jail. We take this very seriously.

MAINTENANCE AND ISSUES: Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, internet, appliances, plumbing, and the television.
