The condo was spacious and well furnished. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The balcony was very nice and provided fresh air. Great washer/dryer and laundry area and nice kitchen. There are some things we would definitely change. Some things our whole family commented on: The beds are VERY high. Unless you are six foot tall, you will have to jump up to get on them. The bed frames are very far from the floor and also have a box springs making the mattresses very high. The unit could use some TLC as well. The master bathroom needs a good scrub to remove mold around the caulk areas. It also needs grab bars as it is very difficult to get in and out of. Most of the blinds needed to be replaced or were not properly sized. There is a tile or two loose in front of the kitchen sink. The living room furniture was pretty but stained in quite a few places. At the least, they need to be cleaned. At best, probably replaced with a more rental friendly fabric. Also, I wouldn't call the upstairs loft a "bedroom". It's definitely a sleeping area but it is open to the living room below so there is not much privacy. The small bathroom up there does have a door for privacy. It would also be helpful to note to future guests that the unit is on the top floor so they will need to be able to climb sets of stairs to access it.
