Book a stay at The Gathering Grounds! Perfectly named, since it will be the place your group retreats to gather together for meals, great conversation, family time, movie night, and restful sleep! You will not be disappointed. This 2400 square foot, open, spacious condo is one of the largest in Pointe Royale. We have stocked it with everything you need for the perfect Branson Getaway. Once you step inside, you will not want to leave. 2 King Bedrooms are located on the main floor with 2 bathrooms. The master King Suite on the main level has direct access to the balcony to provide gorgeous views of the Lake Taneycomo, the playground, and the Ozark Mountains. Cook all you meals in our spacious fully stocked kitchen. This condo is unique from many others because we have 4 bedrooms along with 2 living rooms. So much space! A second loft living room is a great space for your kiddos to retreat for fun and games! 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are located upstairs. One upstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds and in the other bedroom you'll find 2 full beds and a twin trundle. We also have a portable trifold memory foam queen mattress that can sleep extra guests on the floor of your choice:) When not enjoying the beautiful condo, you can utilize all the wonderful amenities of the gated Pointe Royale Resort. Golf (additional fees), tennis, basketball, 24 hour fitness center, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool and hot tub, playground, dog park, fly fishing on Lake Taneycomo and so much more. Lake Taneycomo and the playground are under a 2 minute stroll from the condo. Your vacation retreat is awaiting!

Golf Stay & Play deal! We have partnered with Pointe Royale Golf Resort to offer this to our guests. Here’s what you need to know:

$60 per person per round of 18 holes with a cart (regularly $109.99!) at Pointe Royale Golf Course. This applies to any guests within your reservation for as long as you are staying at the property. You must let me know that you plan on utilizing the Stay and Play.

Guests must call to reserve a tee time (no online bookings). Will also need an email confirmation from me of booking.

We are a second level condo- The property entrance is only accessible by stairs

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to one of the blue dumpsters.
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.
-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Leave white amenity cards on the counter. Key cards that are lost or taken home are charged at $20 per key card to replace.
-Take one final look around for forgotten items-cell phone chargers, etc.
-Please make sure all remotes are returned to the designated room.

*Pets CONSIDERED. We are pet/dog friendly, but must be agreed on prior to booking, so please ASK FIRST about bringing your dog along BEFORE BOOKING! DO NOT INSTANT BOOK WITHOUT DISCUSSING YOUR PET IN DETAIL WITH ME FIRST TO SEE IF IT MEETS OUR REQUIREMENTS!!! We consider SMALL TO MEDIUM, ADULT, LOW SHEDDING dogs. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be kenneled while you are away, leashed and picked up after outside, and not a barker or whiner while you are away due to our neighbors in the condo. There is a $35 per night non refundable pet fee.
