Welcome to Rockwood Escape, your ultimate group getaway on the shores of Table Rock Lake. This 8-bedroom, 6-bathroom lakefront lodge is perfectly designed for large families, reunions, and retreats, comfortably sleeping up to 20 guests.

**Media Room:** Adjacent to the game room is a dedicated media room with a massive 75` Roku TV and a PlayStation 4, perfect for movie nights.
**Family-Friendly:** We provide a high chair, pack `n play, baby safety gates, and outlet covers for our youngest guests.
Guest access
Guests will have full and private access to the entire home and its amenities. This includes all 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, game room, movie theater, and outdoor decks.

**Private Entry:** Enjoy a seamless and private arrival with our smart lock system. You will receive a unique access code two days before your check-in.
**Community Amenities:** Guests have access to two community pools (open seasonally) and an outdoor playground.
**Boat Slip:** A 10`x28` boat slip is included with your stay.

Please note: Two closets are locked and reserved for owner and cleaning supplies.

*ADDITIONAL RENTAL AGREEMENT*
Property insurance requires an additional rental agreement for your stay.

**Community Pools:** Guests have access to two community pools, open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The pools are managed by the HOA, and we cannot control their maintenance schedule or availability.
**Boat Slip:** A 10`x28` boat slip is included. The slip is leased, and all marina rules apply. Guests use the slip at their own risk and are responsible for any damages. Proof of watercraft liability insurance is required before use.
**Supplies:** We provide a starter kit of toiletries (shampoo, soap, toilet paper) and laundry detergent. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies for their stay.
**Towels:** Bath towels are provided. Please bring your own towels for use at the pool and the lake.
**Technology:** The home is equipped with fast Wi-Fi and Roku Smart TVs in every bedroom and living area.
**Security:** For your safety and security, Ring security cameras are located on the exterior of the home, monitoring the driveway and entrances. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the property.
**Travel Insurance:** We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. We do not provide refunds for circumstances outside of our control, such as weather, travel disruptions, or illness.
**Power Outages:** In the event of a power outage, we will pass along any updates we receive from the electric company regarding restoration times.
