As you make your way to downtown Branson, check out the Butterfly Palace & Rainforest Adventure, Titanic Museum, Aquarium at the Boardwalk, or Dolly Parton’s Stampede, just to name a few of many destinations. Between mini golf and the virtually unlimited options for dining and shopping, we could go on and on, but some things you just need to see for yourself!

Newly remodeled, the modern interior will put you at ease among the neutral color palette and chic, minimalist décor. Curl up on the L-shaped living room sofa or in one of the stylish chairs to stream a show or movie together on the smart TV. Steps away, the open and airy kitchen and dining room offer everything you need for preparing and enjoying delicious homecooked meals between the beautiful appliances, cabinets stocked with cookware and dining ware, and the elegant dining room table with seating for 8. Should you rather take your meal al fresco, head out to the patio where an outdoor dining set, fresh air, and the surrounding landscape await.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs, 15 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.
• Please note that the capacity of the stove & dishwasher within this unit is smaller than that of standard-size appliances.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
Guests who enjoy the outdoors are encouraged to explore Table Rock Lake or nearby Table Rock State Park. Silver Dollar City, only 6 minutes away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme. And if you’re up for a round of golf, the gorgeous Point Royale Golf Course is less than 25 minutes away and the iconic Top of the Rock Golf Course is less than 40! The home is 25 minutes from historic downtown Branson, an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.
